Return Policy
FREE 30-DAY RETURNS
At HEVRON we want you to love what you buy. If something doesn’t fit or you don’t love one of our items simply email, or call us at the number below and we will send you a return label that has to be used within 7 days of issuance.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from when it was received.
- Merchandise must not be worn, used, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached, and be returned in original packaging.
- Final Sale items may not be returned.
- HEVRON monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
Any returned Products which are worn, used, washed, damaged, and do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by HEVRON. Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 days of when the returned item is received at our warehouse.
