At HEVRON, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You may initiate a return or exchange through our online portal:
Return Window
Full‑Price Merchandise
Full‑price items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund to your original form of payment.
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover the cost of the prepaid return label and processing.
Discounted Merchandise
If you return an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the proportionally discounted price paid.
Final Sale
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be:
- In original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- With all original tags attached
- Accompanied by the original packing list
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer.
Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender.
Return Shipping & Responsibility
When dropping off your return package, please take a photo of the drop‑off receipt.
HEVRON cannot assume responsibility for returns lost in transit without proof that the carrier accepted the package.
Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the product was damaged or the incorrect item was shipped.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
You can create a return or exchange by visiting:
HEVRON Returns
- Enter your order number and email or phone number.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Choose your reason for return.
- Print your prepaid return label and packing slip.
- Place the packing slip inside your package.
- Attach the return label to the outside of the box.
- Drop off at the designated carrier and request a drop‑off receipt.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.
Refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, you may do so through our returns portal.
There is no return shipping fee for exchanges.
